Montlure
Montlure is preparing for a return to Greer! Montlure, the Presbyterian camp in northeastern Arizona, was devasted in 2011 by the Wallow Fire. After years of work, Montlure has received final notification from the U.S. Forest Service to use their facilities for Summer 2024. They are bringing campers home to Greer for the first time since 2011!
There is a lot of work to complete on site in order for the camp to reopen. You may sign up for a Work Camp or donate to Friends of Montlure to financially support the site. Make sure to follow @montlurecamp on social media for the most up to date information and how you can be involved in helping them reopen.
